Creating Culture in Nanaimo

For the past few years, we have been a part of the Nanaimo African Heritage Society's annual children's event. The NAHS puts on a costumed party event with the goal of bringing children and families of different cultures together and this year was truly memorable! From dancing and songs, to a cultural sharing session, the event was truly magical! A big THANK YOU to all of the amazing sponsors, volunteers, organizers, and of course the Port Theatre Nanaimo. We can't wait until next year's event!
